I have been working on adding a module to one of my programs that will allow you to post to different WordPress blogs using the XML-RPC, however I have not been able to get it to post HTML content. I have tried to do different things for this, including using the HTML tags for the HTML tags.
For example: <value><string><HTML:strong>Important Message!</HTML:strong>
This resulted in the html tags being stripped from the message. The next attempt was to use BBCode, but this simply showed the BBcode within the actual post.
The Movable Type API Reference has been removed, for now, by MT. There is a copy online at http://jaimbizzle.sourceforge.net/mt/docs/mtmanual_programmatic.html --ChrisLott 02:21, 11 Jan 2006 (GMT)
Hi, I am looking for some information about the changes to the API in WP2.2. Whats new? Why is it cool? -- Reading the Code doesnt really help me :). TXH --Tordans 10:22, 5 Jun 2007 (UTC)
