I've been using wordpress for over almost 2 years on various projects. [un]Fortunately, I've become pretty good at hacking it up to suit my needs, and creating templates, etc. I guess it's about time I start giving back a bit.
I'll have some downloads available, including some css layouts, themes, hacks, etc. at http://hradil.us/ when I get a chance to update that site.
