In my opinion, we need one or more new categories for new pages that have been created. When I create a page, I tag it as "Copyedit" which puts it in the same category as pages that still need a lot of work. This proposed tag would be one that marks the page as completed and ready to have all tags removed. The difference would be that admins could go through the list of "Needs Review" pages more quickly than "Copyedit" pages. This would put complete pages on the fast track to being considered complete by the rest of the community.
