Also, I'm getting ready to start handing out assignments and checking on the Codex:Tasks list to kinda get all our ducks in a row for the big Codex Cleanup Week that is coming the last week of June. Just wanted to see how the work on WordPress Files is coming and to know if you have any other ideas on what needs to be done on the Codex or contributions in the works. Thanks for all your efforts! So far with the WordPress Files I've just linked up the really obvious links. I'll have a look through the source of each file and update the undocumented files later this week probably (got exams until Wednesday 6th). -- Boneill 09:21, 6 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Good luck with the examines. And also, to reply back, you need to click on my name and edit my discussion page to leave a message so the "you have messages" flag will be triggered. Other people might not check your user page for your response. It's just how we "do" things around this crazy place. It makes following a conversation near to impossible except for the two parties involved. So major discussions happen in the mailing list or the IRC chat #wp-docs.

I'm getting ready to make some big announcements about the Codex Cleanup Week coming up June 18-26. I might need your help. I'm checking with how best to do this, but what might need to happen is that a note about the Cleanup Week will have to be manually put in the dicussion (talk) page of every user with a user page on the Codex. If this is the only method, I'd like to know if you can help MichaelH and I (and maybe others) divide up the user pages alphabetically and start pasting the text or a template link (like the Welcome) on those pages? We Thank You

The Codex Documenation Team and all of WordPress thank you for your time, effort, and contributions during this past Codex Cleanup Week. It has been amazing. Over twenty new documents were added, and more are still in the works that will be released over the next couple of weeks. The entire Codex is now categorized, improving the ability of users to find the related information they are looking for.

The next big Codex-related event is WordPress Backup Week July 23-30. The project will promote backing up your WordPress database and site for the user's protection and further develop the relationship between the Codex and the WordPress Support Forum. Documentation volunteers will be cleaning up and expanding the backup and restore information on the site and Forum volunteers will be readied to help users in the Forum walk through their site backups. We need your help.

We are also starting a page for information and sign up for a variety of Fundraising and Promotions Events for WordPress and your help is needed there, too.
