reverted edit

Hi

I've (yet again) reverted your edit linking out to the managewp site. Please do not relink this site. I've browsed through a number of your edits, and your tendancy I've noticed is to make links out to external sites, many of which appear to be your own. This practice is frowned upon. Please enhance the codex articles rather than linking to external resources.

Reverted "links"

Vladimir--you asked in the email to me "I am wondering what do I have to do in order to preserve to codex edits. Most recently I added a link to the ManageWP.com clone/migrate site tool to External Resources section http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress and I understand it was edited out by you."

Please just don't throw links into articles. This has been pointed out in the past (e.g. see the section right above this).

Email Vladimir External - "resources section of the article is meant for links (only). I would understand your point if a link to ManageWP was irrelevant to what the article was talking about, but on the contrary the tool we provide is a better one than the one that is already listed in the article. Can you please point me to the Wiki rule that is being breached here?"
Sir, Generally the feeling is that Codex is not a site to advertise one's products. --MichaelH (talk) 11:59, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
