Renew A services packages using payu payment gatway

Helle all,

Please help me for plugin suggest. i have make a website for gym, in there i have provide to services packages for weekly to customer, customer will be packages purchase by online after end this packages customer want to renew it or he want to other one packages.

And customer all history of purchase i have already purchased payment gateway of PayU.
