Hi, I was glad to find this article as I've been looking for an explantion of how the file uploader works. I have a few questions:

1. when you say you can drag the image size to enlarge it using the wysiwyg edit mode do you mean to say that when the image appears in the edit box you can increase its display size on the blog page or just the display size in the edit box?

2. when not using wysiwyg (using html mode), why does the uploader always insert the thumbnail image dimensions even if you've inserted the original sized image into the post box? I'm also curious whether anyone else is writing similar Codex articles about other default features like the wysiwyg editor and the new cache system. They really need an article imo. I'm not the one to write one, but I'd sure like someone w. a surer grasp of the technical aspects to write something. richards1052
