The outline looks great. You probably know this reference Adsense Heat Map for Best Ad Placement, but I just ran across it and thought it might be good to include at the bottom in Resourses, where we can get away with adding links to external resources. ;-)

Tom, the MooseCandy and WP-Amazon plugins have URLs which are newer than those in this page. I have corrected them in the Advertising Plugins List, but I wasn't sure how you would react to me editing this page, so I thought that I would leave that up to you.
