No any slider plugin works even admin bar also not displaying

Hi I'm using a free theme that has a slider. it not working. then I tried several plugin for home page slider. No any works at all. even the admin bar not showing above header. I checked wp_head() and wp_footer() are staying good.

When I install a new slider plugin then see the preview taht works nicely also comes admin bar. when I reload the preview page then admin bar and slider not work as again and then never work anymore.
