Strikes me that each of the constants should logically have it's own page, the same way all functions that are part of an API have their own pages, even if the API page (like Transients API) is largely sufficient on it's own. So far there's only the WP_DEBUG page, which I hope to fill out with more info at some point. JeremyClarke

Agreed. There should really be a Constant Reference just like there is a Function Reference and an Action Reference, etc. Right off, I don't even see a comprehensive list of constants, though I might be missing something.
