To help reduce trackback spam by preventing the TB URL from being guessed, would it be a good idea to enable the foo.bar/permalink/trackback/ structure to be modified?

E.g. foo.bar/permalink/customtrackback/

This'd force the spammer to read the page, not just read the initial URL, increasing their workload.
