Article Needs Improvement
The `$args` need to be explained. I daresay `$defaults = array('fields' => 'ids');` is insufficient. (I came here looking for a way to exclude certain categories from the results of `wp_get_post categories`). Jwk 21:29, 20 October 2012 (UTC)
