Issue found with the 'How to add a parent class for menu item'. I've used the code submitted on the page and found the style class was only added to the first menu instance with a child. After removing the break; the class was added to all menu instances with children.

Added explanation to items_wrap parameter.
Why can't I add the default value in the parameter table? Nothing worked - tt code pre - very frustrating.
Thomas Scholz from toscho.de (on StopPress the WPSE chat) said that one mention of his name was enough - he was uncomfortable that it was repeated. So I took it off the second link.
