Can we get more clarification on the $hook area? It says "For some reason there seems to be a problem on some systems where the hook must not contain underscores or uppercase characters." All the core functions have underscores so this is very confusing.
Is there a bug report or any other reference for this because I couldn't find anything else online about this.
