A serial web entrepreneur, Frederick started his career immediately after earning his B.S. in Computer Science & Mathematics from Boston University in 2001. Focused on web hosting and web application performance, his experiences with the web ultimately culminated into W3 EDGE as an integrated web marketing firm in 2003. He later moved on to found W3 MARKUP, the #2 web site production outsourcing solutions in 2007, focusing on WordPress theme and plugin development. That venture quickly culminated when a buyer was found (in the market leader) after 11 short months.
Prior to starting W3 MARKUP, Frederick spent 3 years wearing a CTO hat at various startups including the first of its kind live video entertainment web site and one of the top 3 blogs worldwide, mashable.com - WordPress powered blog. A serial web entrepreneur Frederick continues to found, fund and consult startups in his spare time. Using WordPress MU and BuddyPress as much as possible.
