More work to be done, wording needs lots of work.

Work was focussed on creating appropriate structure for all the information spread throughout this single codex page, alot of cruft(bloat) was removed, and various links were removed from the resource section purposely, because they contain examples that are either wrong, duplicative of content here or duplicative of content on the other links(so basically just link promotion).
