Article cleaned up in preparation for an upcoming article on Photoblogs so this works better. I think that lists of plugins should stay in the plugin list, but external scripts can be listed. This saves extra work by those maintaining the plugins list.
This also satisfies the request to merge the information from Images_and_Photo-Galleries_in_WordPress to here, since PhotoBlogs and Galleries are more related and images are just a "part" of the concept. Another article on Using Images has been created to cover that aspect.

The PhotoQ plugin sounds great, but when I went to their website, the site hasn't been updated since 2010. When I tried to download the plugin, a 404 said the zip file isn't on the WordPress plugin server... and it's not coming up when I search for PhotoQ from within the WordPress admin.
