I'm not sure why we would need to explain where the code should go. It would go the same places any code for extending WordPress would go: in a plugin, or possibly a theme/child theme. I guess maybe it isn't clear to new devs though? -Jdgrimes 12:50, 1 September 2014 (UTC)
