Terve! You are most welcome to help with WordPress. To answer your question, if you find any untranslated strings in WordPress, please make a bug note at mosquito. I hope that is what you mean by untranslated php... talk to me if you have any questions regarding using this wiki, or contributing.

Hi! Strings in 1.2 that have not been marked for translation in 1.3 too are ideal targets. If you find an unmarked string that has later been marked in 1.3, you may want to gloss over it, but for 1.3, please file a bug report for missing strings (either one huge list or just seperate ones) at mosquito.wordpress.org and they will be marked. I can help editing the code and submitting and getting the changes committed. Thanks :)

Hi again! I just uploaded a text file in the Mosquite containing the missing strings from the wordpress.pot file and some other notes too. I'm not sure about the category, but now it's there under Administration.
